When you purchase a plan, you receive a certain number of credits, which are used to pay for platform access and conduct exchanges. Credits are deducted daily for platform use and for each successful exchange. You can choose a plan that suits your needs and top up your credit balance at any time.

Calculation example:
For example, when purchasing a 500,000 credit package, you get:
• Subscription for 365 days (1 year): 365 × 1,000 = 365,000 credits
• Remaining 135,000 credits for exchanges
• 1,350 successful exchanges: 135,000 ÷ 100 = 1,350
Total: 1 year subscription + 1,350 exchanges (at current rates: 1,000 credits/day and 100 credits per successful exchange).

Not included: domain registration/renewal; blockchain network fees; third-party fiat
processor fees and verification.
You can pay for a plan anytime in your dashboard after
registration, under — Settings / Plans & Subscriptions — . Once you select a
plan, an invoice will be issued.
After registration, 30,000 credits are automatically added to your account, giving you 30 days
of free use. After that, you can choose any plan that suits you. If there are no credits on the
client’s balance, creating a “Request” is not possible, but all client data and access to the
platform are preserved. Data is automatically deleted if there is no activity in the account for
more than 1 year.
You can renew your subscription at any time by paying for a plan.
